The project is the transformation of an urban village, a high-density multi-storey residential area, cramped alleys, and square houses, without any breathing space in the neighborhood. The horizontality has been limited, so we are forced to go up to solve the functions other than survival. We hope that each building is an independent small community with its own set of self-circulation system. This is also what we need to think about in the post-epidemic era. Based on this logic, in addition to the required functions and the number of rooms, we try to give as much area as possible to the public area for residents' activities. In the design of the apartment, the design strategy of "efficient and intensive" has always been run through, and the ideal living room for modern young people is built as a whole with low-cost hard-packed materials and simple and easy-to-maintain furniture shapes.
